1. Project Deposits and Payments
- All projects begin with an upfront payment or deposit, as agreed upon in the service contract.
- These deposits are non-refundable once project development has started, as they cover initial consultation, planning, and resource allocation costs.
2. Cancellation Before Project Start
- If a client cancels the project before any development work has begun, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative or consultation fees.
- Any refund request must be made within 7 business days of payment and before any work is performed.
3. Work in Progress
- Once project development has commenced, partial refunds may be considered only if less than 30% of the work is completed.
- Refunds during active projects will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of work already delivered.
4. Completed Projects
- Refunds cannot be issued after the final deliverables have been submitted, reviewed, or approved by the client.
- By accepting the completed project, the client acknowledges satisfaction with the agreed scope of work.
5. Subscription or Maintenance Services
- For ongoing or subscription-based services (such as maintenance or cloud support), refunds are not provided for the current billing period once services have been rendered.
- Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
6. Quality Assurance
We take every measure to ensure that each deliverable meets the agreed project requirements. If you believe there are issues with the quality or functionality of your product, please contact us immediately. Our team will review the concern and work toward an appropriate resolution, including revisions or fixes if necessary.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a refund or dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt a fair resolution through discussion or mediation before pursuing legal action.
